Le sculpteur Arturo Di Modica proteste contre l’installation de la sculpture "Fearless Girl", qui défie son "Charging Bull", près de Wall Street, à New York.

Le taureau en bronze fut posé après le krach de 1987, comme symbole de la résilience des milieux financiers. Installée la veille de la Journée internationale des droits de la femme, la sculpture de la fillette, signée Kristen Visbal, est un acte de protestation contre le faible taux de femmes occupant des postes de direction dans les multinationales. Di Modica estime que cette sculpture porte atteinte à ses droits moraux.

Les autorités de New York devront se prononcer.
